I am so glad you’re here!

My name is Lori Zastrow (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide evidence based therapy to individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives.

My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and I specialize in helping clients navigate intense emotions, relationship challenges, and patterns that feel hard to shift on their own. I provide individual therapy, multi-family skills groups, adult skills groups, parent coaching, and phone coaching to ensure clients receive the support they need to build a more satisfying life.

I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy for trauma, behavioral activation for depression, and tailor CBT-informed strategies to client goals.

I offer telehealth appointments to clients in Maryland, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
